Shipping and delivery

How long does it take to receive my order?

Every piece ships within 2 to 4 days, except our custom bags and coats, which ship within 15 to 21 days. Once your order is on its way, delivery takes 2 to 7 days depending on where you live.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship anywhere in the world.

Returns

What is your return policy?

You have 2 weeks to return your piece for a refund or store credit, whichever you prefer. Shipping costs aren't refundable.

Gifts

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, and it's complimentary. We wrap every gift in paper and ribbon. Add a note at checkout and we'll tuck it inside.

Care

How do I care for my Hadley Pollet piece?

We recommend dry cleaning our bags, belts and clothing. Activewear can be washed at home in cold water and tumble dried on low.

Fit and sizing

How do I know if a bag will fit me?

Compare our height, width, depth and strap drop with a bag you already love. Lay yours flat, measure it, and try it on your shoulder over your thickest coat. Still deciding? Email hello@hadleypollet.com and tell us your height and what you carry every day.

Are Hadley Pollet belts reversible?

Yes. Our Zinnia belts are reversible, so one belt gives you two looks.

What sizes do your belts come in?

Our Zinnia belts come in Small (38 inches), Medium (40 inches), Large (42 inches) and X-Large (44 inches). Measure a belt you already love, buckle included, and choose the size closest to it.

Custom pieces

How do I order a custom bag or coat?

Choose your fabric or leather color and your trim. For coats, we follow up for your measurements so it fits you perfectly. Custom bags and coats ship within 15 to 21 days.

Our story

Who makes Hadley Pollet pieces?

Artisans in small workshops, not massive factories. Hadley estimates about 80% of the workshops we work with are owned by women. We visit them ourselves and check that women are paid equally to the men in their families.

Is everything limited edition?

Yes. We make only a few of each style, and when they're gone, we move on to new ones.

Is your activewear handmade?

Our activewear isn't handcrafted, but every print begins as a design Hadley colors by hand, and each piece has a special saying inside.

What's the hidden detail?

Every piece holds a little surprise only you know is there, like the trim tucked inside a clutch's two-finger slide.

What does a matriarchal brand mean?

Women and children at the center, with everyone else in circles around them. In Hadley's words, "everybody holds hands." It's about nurturing and shared leadership, never about being against anyone.

Do you work with boutiques and clubs?

Yes. Boutiques and yacht and country clubs carry Hadley Pollet. Apply through our Wholesale page.
