All immediately available items will ship withtin 5 business days. All Hadley Pollet merchandise is unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know so, so we can take care of it. Email us at care@hadleypollet.com.

A refund will be credited back to your original method of paymnet and will post approximately 3 days after date of processing. Most returns will process within two to three weeks and must be made via mail. Refunds for merchandise purchased that are not accompanied by a packing list will be refunded at their current selling price. 

Certain sizes are occasionally temporarily backorderd. If an item you order is currently backordered, we will contact you to give you an estimate of when you can expect your purchase.Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless of course there is a defect in the product or error in our part on your order.
